REE Land opened its first real estate project in Thai Binh

On May 19, 2024, in Thai Binh, REE Real Estate Company Limited (REE Land) officially held the opening ceremony of The Light Square project right in the city center. The Project contributed to creating a new look for the central urban area of Thai Binh, especially during the period when the Province achieved significant progress in attracting FDI capital.

After more than a year of implementation, recently, in the real estate segment, REE Land officially opened and put into operation its first high-end real estate project, The Light Square, right in the heart of Thai Binh City. The Project is expected to become an urban center model, improving city residents’ quality of life, creating a new look, and attracting visitors, especially when the Province achieves its milestone—outstanding progress in attracting FDI capital.

The opening event had the presence of local leaders, project design unit Vertical Studio – top 10 architectural companies honored at BCI Asia Vietnam Awards 2024; An Phu Gia construction contractor; Bank partners: VCB, SHB, BIDV, VPBank, Ocean Bank; distribution agency partners such as EXIMRS, DT Land, Thai Binh Land, City Home Land; and customers who are future residents of the Project.

With a scale of nearly 20,000 m2 located right on two arterial roads, Ly Bon and Tran Thai Tong, The Light Square is the first central square townhouse complex in Thai Binh province. Phase 1 of the Project includes 45 townhouse and villa products symmetrical by a Light Square of more than 2,500 m2; below the Square is a basement parking area ready to serve the parking needs of residents.
